Great yearly evaluation. My hearing aid is 7 years old coming to end of life, no pressure to update which was nice. Cleaned wax out of year. All staff was great and friendly.

However Carly is just phenomenal she always fits me in at the last minute when I really need it! Also Carly is always willing to work around MY Schedule and that's rare these days! New Sound is the absolute Best!
