Todd Stephens has a deep rooted family history in the Lehigh Valley. Married with three children and a life-long resident of Allentown, he’s the latest of generations dedicated to helping the community. He is licensed by the Pennsylvania Dept. of Health and holds a National Board Certification in the Hearing Instrument Sciences. He is the recipient of many awards including the Starkey Millennium Award, Oticon’s Presidents Award and the Morning Call’s Readers’ Choice award for best hearing aid fitter.
Mr. Stephens has been helping the hearing impaired enjoy a better quality of life since 1990. Having successfully worked with tens of thousands of people, he’s earned the experience and trust that few can match.

Carly Snyder was raised right here in the Lehigh Valley. She has many interests, but her passion is to help people achieve better hearing. Carly was licensed by the State of PA more than 15 years ago and has helped hundreds and hundreds of patients adjust to hearing aids and regaining their full and active lives.

Hi! My name is Allie Hoff. I joined Hear Pa and NewSound Hearing in 2023! I graduated from Kutztown University with a degree in sociology. I am excited to put my knowledge to work because sociology relates to social interaction, and we know how significantly hearing loss can impact social interaction. I have always had a passion for helping people and this opportunity will allow me to have an impact on people and improve their quality of life. My goal is to make every patient feel comfortable and important! I am here to provide the best level of care, which is the standard of our company.
